Building Bright Futures: Webinar 2

Mar 27, 2024
 -
1:00 pm
Online

This is the second in the webinar series on child development titled, 'We are all Brain Builders - enabling workforce capacity and supporting system change.' We know that a wide range of conditions in places where children live, grow and play can get “under the skin” and affect the developing brain. Beginning before birth, the social, built, natural and systemic conditions shape how children develop, which shapes their lifelong health and wellbeing. Neuroplasticity shows that change is possible, meaning even when children experience adversity, we can empower positive life trajectories if we put support in place. Thriving Queensland Kids Partnership (TQKP) has committed to empowering all people to be childhood brain builders through a portfolio of initiatives targeted across all sectors, including families and communities.
