Abhi is passionate about harnessing data and technology to inform better decisions, enable learning, and create social impact. As Data Insights Lead, he helps ensure that data supports impact and informs decision-making across the organisation — leading the continuous improvement of PRF’s systems, data management and analysis strategy, and developing tools, dashboards and training that foster data excellence and learning.
With more than 19 years experience across the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Abhi brings together the analytical rigour of an actuary and a deep commitment to community development. Before joining PRF, he led impact systems at a Not For Profit, designing robust MEL frameworks and data tools to enhance economic empowerment programs in Sri Lanka.
Born in Mumbai and raised in Sydney, Abhi holds a Double Degree in Commerce (Majoring in Actuarial Studies) and Finance. Outside work, Abhi enjoys watching cricket, hiking, playing badminton, listening to science and AI podcasts and enjoying time with family and friends.
