Kristy Kennedy

Kristy is a Partnerships Associate at the Paul Ramsay Foundation. She is a proud Barkindji and Ngarrindjeri woman. She was born and raised in Bourke but is now currently based in Dubbo.

Kristy holds a Combined Bachelor of Arts / Law Degree from the University of Sydney. She has predominantly worked in the legal industry as a paralegal, as a Tipstaff for Justice Michael Slattery in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court, as a solicitor with Legal Aid NSW working in the criminal and civil law divisions and more recently at the Office of the Department of Public Prosecutions working with victims of crime. She has also held various roles in the Bourke community more recently.

In her spare time Kristy likes to do traditional Aboriginal weaving that her grandmother taught her as a child from her connection to South Australia and she is also a contemporary Aboriginal Artist.
