Dominique Bigras

Dominique and her team manage the Foundation’s Criminal Justice partnerships.

Dominique has a passion for social justice. She is a project management and community services specialist who has held senior roles in non-profit organisations and social enterprises for the last 16 years. Dominique has worked with a diverse range of communities across Australia designing, implementing and evaluating programs in the areas of juvenile justice, child protection and education.

Dominique came to Australia in 2007 to complete her Masters of Social Development at UNSW after working at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva.  She holds a Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Leadership and a BA in in Psychology and Sociology.

She is happiest at the beach with her family and dog or on a hike in the bush.  She still goes to gigs and galleries.  She reads and sketches, and loves a good political podcast.
