Elizabeth Morgan House Aboriginal Women's Services

Elizabeth Morgan House Aboriginal Women’s Services Inc (EMH) is specialist service focused on Aboriginal women and their families. We are an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation and are led by the voices from our community, with a focus on support for those who have experienced family violence through the provision of critical services including crisis accommodation, advocacy, counselling/therapeutic support, and case management. We work in consultation and collaboration with Aboriginal communities to ensure safe and culturally strong futures for our women, children, and young people.

What are we doing?

EMH Aboriginal Women's Hub

The reimagined EMH Aboriginal Women's Hub will provide a culturally safe space to meet, improve social cohesion and relationships locally, and drive self-determination and therapeutic programs for Aboriginal women and their children. The hub is within the local community to deliver activities, programs and a space to gather and meet socially that will empower, educate and support women to defend their rights and access all the opportunities available to them.
