Founded in 2020 by the Australian Conservation Foundation, the Human Rights Law Centre and the Australian Council of Social Service, Australian Democracy Network supports over 100 Australian charities to come together under the Hands Off Our Charities alliances banner. Together we defend our right to advocate for the causes and communities we serve.

The Foundation joined 102 philanthropic and charitable organisations as co-signatories in an open letter to the Australian Senate, calling for a formal disallowance of the proposed regulations.
